Kvass Wort Concentrate For 25 liters, 550g

Made for cooking at home up to 25 liters of kvass.

Natural ingredients and technology of wort preparation according to GOST 28538-90 will allow you to get a refreshing drink with a pleasant aroma and an amazing "old" taste!

 

Instructions for use:

For 5 liters of kvass:

- Dilute 3-5 tablespoons of concentrate in drinking water

- Add 2/3 cup of sugar

- Add 6-7 gr. pressed yeast

- Withstand at a temperature of 25-30 degrees Celsius for 18-20 hours

- Drain the finished kvass from the sediment, bottle it and store it in a cool place
